wp999 Platform User Agreement

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the wp999 website accessible at wp999.biz, together with all associated subdomains, mobile applications, APIs, and services operated by or on behalf of wp999.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player upon successful completion of the wp999 registration process.
• "Player Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds deposited by the Player into their wp999 Account, less any amounts wagered, withdrawn, or forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a wp999 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by wp999 to comply with international anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction from which access to and use of online gaming services is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the wp999 platform for Pakistani players.

By accessing the wp999 Platform in any manner — including visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or receiving any promotional benefit — you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the wp999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are at least 21 years of age, or such higher age as may be required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds you deposit are your own lawfully acquired funds.

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to wp999 and all gaming and betting products available on the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. wp999 operates a mandatory age verification process as part of KYC compliance. Any Account found to belong to a user under the minimum age threshold will be immediately suspended, and the Account balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of wp999 is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. wp999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all geographic locations. Players who access wp999 from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted do so at their own legal risk, and wp999 accepts no liability in that regard.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the wp999 Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same name, mobile number, email address, device identifier, or payment method, are strictly prohibited. wp999 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any Bonus Funds associated with them.

To access the full range of wp999 gaming services, you are required to register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. wp999 may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration at any time.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wp999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your Account — including bets placed, funds deposited or withdrawn, and bonuses claimed — are your sole legal responsibility, regardless of whether those activities were authorised by you.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

wp999 is required under its international gaming license obligations to conduct identity verification on all Account holders. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal from any Account and may be requested at any point thereafter. Documents typically requested include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of request will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.
• Providing false or misleading documentation in connection with KYC verification is grounds for immediate Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced at wp999's discretion and will be communicated to players via the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within the Player's Account and may be updated without prior notice.
• wp999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, transaction fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to processing times of the respective financial institution.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name that have been used for at least one prior deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• wp999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified Players using JazzCash or EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary.
• wp999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing, which may extend the processing timeframe.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be modified at wp999's discretion.

wp999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (turnover conditions) that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Applicable contribution percentages are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or partially wagered Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the specified promotional period will expire automatically without notice or compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: wp999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to low-risk staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held by a Player at any given time. Players must opt in to each promotion individually where required.

All games offered on the wp999 Platform — including slots, live casino table games, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or betting market. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, the Player confirms acceptance of those rules.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on wp999 that utilise Random Number Generation (RNG) technology are certified by independent third-party testing agencies. Certification reports are available upon request. wp999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting, UFC betting, and all other sports markets on wp999 are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for international matches). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, wp999's decision — made in good faith reference to official sources — shall be final.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, wp999 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, wp999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Bonus Funds wagered on voided rounds will be reinstated at wp999's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wp999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to conceal your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing wp999 from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with wp999 support.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Identified bugs must be reported to wp999 support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward wp999 staff or other players.

wp999 is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to a suite of self-management tools designed to support informed and controlled participation in gaming activities. These tools are available within the Account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the amount of real money a Player may deposit within a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds beyond which further play is automatically suspended for the defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders notifying Players of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which all gaming and betting activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term Account suspension option that prevents all access to the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion period.

All content available on the wp999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of wp999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wp999 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wp999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wp999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

wp999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or events beyond wp999's reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or regulatory interventions) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted to wp999 during Account registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform is governed by the wp999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the wp999 Privacy Policy.

wp999 collects personal data for the purposes of providing gaming services, processing payments, complying with KYC and AML obligations, delivering customer support, and improving the Platform. wp999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law or with service providers who assist in operating the Platform, under contractual obligations of confidentiality.

wp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory mandate or legal obligation.

Your continued use of the wp999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting wp999 support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wp999 holds its international online gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to wp999's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to the wp999 Customer Support team. wp999 undertakes to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated under wp999's gaming license, whose decision shall be final and binding.
